Local delivery (water and all products)
We deliver from our warehouse in Santa Paula, California, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

- Order cutoff: Orders placed by 5 p.m. Pacific time on Sunday are delivered Tuesday; orders placed by 5 p.m. Pacific time on Tuesday are delivered Thursday. Later orders go out on the next delivery day.
- Airports, FBOs, and hangars: Please include the FBO or hangar name, the tail number if relevant, an on-site contact, and any access instructions. Deliveries are made to the FBO desk or the person you name. We cannot deliver airside or to an aircraft unless it is arranged in advance and permitted by the facility.
- Delivery windows are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, airport security, or facility access restrictions.
- Water is available by local delivery only. We do not ship water by carrier.
Shipped orders (non-water products)
- We ship to U.S. addresses by USPS or other carriers. Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more; otherwise rates are calculated at checkout.
- Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days, and tracking is emailed when your order ships.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery date.
