TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility and Verification

• Restricted membership to be verified cabin crew (active)
• Accurate information submission; false info leads to disqualification.
• Company reserves right to verify status (e.g., via ID, employer letter, or third-party checks) and deny/revoke membership at discretion.
• One membership per person; no transfers, shared accounts, or business/group use.
• Age/location restrictions: 18+, US residents.

2. Enrollment and Code Issuance

• Application review and verification process: 2-3 business days estimate is non-binding.
• Code delivery via email; no liability for delays, lost emails, or spam filters.
• Code is personal/non-transferable.

3. Earning Rewards: 10% Cash Back

• Eeligible purchases exclude taxes, shipping, gift cards, certain categories, returns/refunds, or non-qualifying items.
• Cash back accrues post-purchase, after return window.
• Minimum thresholds, caps, or exclusions: no cash back on prior purchases.
• Cash back as statement credit, account credit, or direct deposit to provided bank account.
• No monetary value until issued; subject to taxes/reporting if required.

4. Redemption and Use of Benefits

• Rules for exclusive offers, early access, and provisions (e.g., availability limited, first-come-first-served, subject to stock/change).
• Any restrictions on curated provisions (e.g., for private jet use only, no resale).
• Redemption deadlines or conditions.

5. Expiration, Forfeiture, and Inactivity

• Points/cash back expiration policy: after 12 months of inactivity.
• Forfeiture for fraud, abuse, returns, or violations.

6. Program Changes, Suspension, or Termination

• Company reserves right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program (or any benefit) at any time, with or without notice (or with reasonable notice where required by law).
• Right to change earning rates, eligible items, offers, or cash back percentage.
• Changes apply even to accrued rewards.
• No liability for changes affecting value/expectations.

7. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

• Right to disqualify, revoke rewards, or terminate membership for fraud, misuse, abuse, multiple accounts, tampering, or violations.
• Examples of abuse: fake verifications, exploiting glitches, reselling benefits.
• No tolerance for attempts to game the system.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

• Program provided "as is" without warranties (express or implied).
• No liability for errors, interruptions, technical issues, lost rewards, or third-party actions.
• Limit to damages: actual cash back earned; excludes consequential/indirect damages.
• No guarantee of benefit availability or value.

9. Privacy and Data Use

• Reference our privacy policy section.
• By signing up for membership, you consent to collect/use personal data (e.g., for verification, marketing, analytics).
